This comfortable apartment with two sufficiently spacious rooms is perfectly suitable for an individual or a couple. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The price does not include shipping. We can arrange shipping for you through a transport company, whose prices range from 2-3 euros per km + loading/unloading (20-40 euros). Alternatively, you can arrange your own transport.

CHOOSE A HOUSE

Choose from our fixed price offer, or through consultation with the production manager, who will listen to you carefully and translate your specific vision into the final price tag. At this stage, you will also be provided with an exact completion deadline. In return, you will have to provide us with the location of your future home. Do not forget to recalculate a shipping cost with a transport company, because our services do not include shipping.

DEPOSIT

Before we start building your new home, we will need your commitment through a deposit payment, which is fixed at 60% of the total price of the house. The outstanding balance (40%) will be payable after the completion of the work. Everything will be legally guaranteed by a sales contract that will be signed between us.

CAREFREE CLOSING

We are not playing around - this means that our direct and serious approach leads to the fact that you leave with the keys to your dream house without unnecessary worries and difficulties. It will be transported and installed at your previously prepared place by the delivery date. When you are satisfied with our work and have no other requirements, your payment of the outstanding balance (40%) will then be exchanged for the keys to your new home.
