Top Modul was created by a combination of many years of experience in the field of construction and a true desire to live independently, freely and without financial enslavement. Every day, it's getting harder and harder for ordinary people. Home ownership is starting to look like a fantasy. Since living in huge houses is often unnecessary, inflexible and impractical, Top Modul focuses on the sector of small houses right in the heart of Europe. Despite the fact that modular, prefabricated houses are currently rising in popularity around the world, we couldn't help but notice that they are also incredibly overpriced and unaffordable. Therefore, Top Modul has decided to build in such a way that almost everyone could afford it.

Top Modul combined all our construction knowledge with ease to create a unique service concept aimed at people's living in the 21st century.

The modular system of our production follows a step-by-step process through the production line. Our award-winning manufacturing process enables fast production and maximum efficiency.

We will build a house within 28 days and install it on site in a few hours.

We are proud of our high-quality, modular homes, from the design to the materials used to build them. We use the best affordable materials and fasteners. All our components and assembly methodologies give our modules good fire resistance, high performance standards and tolerance.

Using our organised manufacturing process, Top Modul can build houses to a much higher standard than traditional buildings.
